CHINA GOVERNMENT POLICY ON OPENING-UP TIANJIN BINHAI NEW AREA

Suggestion of the State Council of the People¡¯s Republic of China on the Related Issues of Promoting the Development and Opening-up of the Tianjin Binhai New Area Promoting the development and opening-up of the Tianjin Binhai New Area (TBNA) is an important strategic arrangement made by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council, based on the overall situation of China¡¯s economic and social development at the new stage of the new century.
